An innovative redevelopment of the 100-year old Rosella tomato soup cannery in Sydney’s Rosebery, this project consisted of three buildings with a combination of adaptive re-use, refurbishment and new build.
With a net area of 7,214 sqm of retail, office, warehouse and industrial space to let, Willow Frank managed the entire process. This included concept design and design development, obtaining all authority approvals, project & construction management and negotiating leases and follow through. We also managed the use and fit-out applications for many of the tenants.
This project is not only a huge success commercially but a game-changing development for the area and is now completed and fully let. We were able to attract such premium tenants as Kitchen By Mike, Black Star Pastry, Da Mario, Fred International and Koskela.
